Opened in 2013, Modi Mall is an award-winning retail destination serving Modimolle and surrounding communities. Developed by Longwalk Investments, Eurosun and McCormick Property Development, this upmarket retail hub won the Retail Design & Development Award in 2014.
Details
Phase 1: 17,800 m² of prime retail space, featuring Checkers, Clicks, major banking brands like Nedbank and Capitec, and popular eateries including Ocean Basket and King Pie.
Phase 2: Completed in 2018, Phase 2 added an additional 17,800 m² of retail space worth R60 million, featuring Shoprite, Power Fashion, and Tiger Wheel & Tyre.
